4-Skin Inc Terms of Service Effective Date: 1/1/2026

Welcome to 4-Skin. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to our website, placement of orders, and use of our products. By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or purchase our products.

1. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make a purchase from 4-Skin or use our website. By using our site or placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

2. Products & Skin Responsibility 4-Skin products are cosmetic sunscreen products designed to help protect against sun exposure.

Important:

• No sunscreen provides 100% protection against UV rays.
• Sunscreen reduces the risk of sunburn but does not eliminate it and is not proven to prevent skin cancer or early skin aging.
• Proper and generous application, along with reapplication (at least every 2 hours, or immediately after swimming, sweating, toweling, or as needed), is essential for effective protection.
• Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
• If you have sensitive skin, allergies, a history of skin conditions, or other medical concerns, consult a healthcare professional before use.

You assume full responsibility for the appropriate selection, application, and use of our products. We are not responsible for any adverse reactions or consequences from improper use.

3. Orders & Billing When you place an order, you agree that:

• All information you provide (including payment details) is accurate and complete.
• You are authorized to use the payment method provided.
• We may cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion (e.g., due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud).

Prices are subject to change without notice. All charges are in USD and exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees, which will be added at checkout.

4. Subscription Terms If you enroll in a subscription:

• You authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method at the selected frequency and price (plus taxes/shipping).
• Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel.
• You may modify or cancel your subscription at any time before the next renewal date through your account or by contacting us.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds for the current period.
• We may send renewal reminders when possible, but you are responsible for managing and canceling your subscription.

Failure to cancel before renewal will result in the next charge being processed.

5. Order Cancellations Orders may only be canceled before they are processed for shipment. We process and ship orders quickly, so post-shipment cancellations are not possible.

6. Returns & Refunds Due to hygiene and safety standards for topical products, opened or used items cannot be returned or refunded.

That said, if something’s off, tell us.

We stand behind what we make, and we’ll work with you to make it right.

7. Shipping & Risk of Loss Once your order is handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you. Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays, lost packages, or issues caused by the carrier.

8. Intellectual Property All content on our website—including text, graphics, logos, images, designs, and branding—is owned by 4-Skin or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any of it without our prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, 4-Skin (including its owners, employees, and affiliates) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services—including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or health issues from product use.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

10. SMS Terms

By enrolling in or using our SMS service, you agree to these SMS Terms. We may change or discontinue the service or its features at any time without notice. Continued use after any change to these SMS Terms means you accept them.

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from or on behalf of 4-Skin, Inc at the number you provided. Messages may be sent using an automatic dialing system or other automated technology and are powered by Recharge, Inc. Messages may include transactional (e.g., order updates, account alerts) and promotional content (e.g., special offers, product launches, cart reminders).

Your consent is not required to make a purchase. Participation is voluntary. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply; check with your carrier for details.

4-Skin, Inc is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Carriers are not liable for message delays or failures. If your mobile number changes, you must re-enroll to continue receiving messages.

You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

14. Entire Agreement These Terms (along with our Privacy Policy and any order confirmations) constitute the entire agreement between you and 4-Skin regarding your purchases and use of our site/products, superseding any prior agreements.
