We move fast. The sun doesn’t wait. Here’s everything you need to know about shipping with 4-Skin.
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).
- During peak periods (e.g., high demand or holidays), processing may take up to 3 business days.
- Once processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable). Check your spam/promotions folder if it doesn’t arrive promptly.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected method.
- We offer:
- Standard Shipping (contiguous U.S.): $4.95 (or free over $45), estimated 3–5 business days.
- Express Shipping (contiguous U.S.): $12.95, estimated 1–2 business days.
- Delivery estimates are provided by our carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to weather, carrier volume, or unforeseen events.
- We ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. (PO Boxes may be accepted for standard shipping; contact us for details.)
- Note on Sunscreen Products: To maintain product integrity, we use protective packaging. Avoid extreme heat exposure during transit where possible—extreme temperatures can affect formula consistency.
International Shipping (where applicable)

- International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import fees, and brokerage charges.
- Delivery times vary significantly by country and are not guaranteed.
- Certain restrictions apply (e.g., aerosol/spray products may be prohibited or limited by international regulations).
Tracking Your Order
- A tracking link is emailed once your order ships.
- Track directly via the carrier’s site using the provided number.
- If you haven’t received tracking within 3 business days of your confirmation email, contact us.
Address Accuracy & Changes
- Please verify your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. We cannot be responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If you notice an error after placing your order, email us immediately at richard@4skinspf.com. We’ll try to make changes if the order hasn’t yet shipped—but we process quickly.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
- Risk of loss transfers to you once the package is handed to the carrier (as noted in our Terms of Service).
- If your package is marked "delivered" but you haven’t received it:
- Check with neighbors, building management, or delivery points.
- Review the carrier’s tracking for details.
- Contact us within 14 days of the delivery scan—we can assist with carrier claims where applicable.
- For damaged packages: Contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos/details for review (see our Returns & Refunds policy).
