We move fast. The sun doesn’t wait. Here’s everything you need to know about shipping with 4-Skin.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).
  • During peak periods (e.g., high demand or holidays), processing may take up to 3 business days.
  • Once processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable). Check your spam/promotions folder if it doesn’t arrive promptly.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected method.
  • We offer:
    • Standard Shipping (contiguous U.S.): $4.95 (or free over $45), estimated 3–5 business days.
    • Express Shipping (contiguous U.S.): $12.95, estimated 1–2 business days.
  • Delivery estimates are provided by our carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to weather, carrier volume, or unforeseen events.
  • We ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. (PO Boxes may be accepted for standard shipping; contact us for details.)
  • Note on Sunscreen Products: To maintain product integrity, we use protective packaging. Avoid extreme heat exposure during transit where possible—extreme temperatures can affect formula consistency.

International Shipping (where applicable)

    • International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import fees, and brokerage charges.
    • Delivery times vary significantly by country and are not guaranteed.
    • Certain restrictions apply (e.g., aerosol/spray products may be prohibited or limited by international regulations).

Tracking Your Order

  • A tracking link is emailed once your order ships.
  • Track directly via the carrier’s site using the provided number.
  • If you haven’t received tracking within 3 business days of your confirmation email, contact us.

Address Accuracy & Changes

  • Please verify your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. We cannot be responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If you notice an error after placing your order, email us immediately at richard@4skinspf.com. We’ll try to make changes if the order hasn’t yet shipped—but we process quickly.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

  • Risk of loss transfers to you once the package is handed to the carrier (as noted in our Terms of Service).
  • If your package is marked "delivered" but you haven’t received it:
    1. Check with neighbors, building management, or delivery points.
    2. Review the carrier’s tracking for details.
    3. Contact us within 14 days of the delivery scan—we can assist with carrier claims where applicable.
  • For damaged packages: Contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos/details for review (see our Returns & Refunds policy).
